The Federal Antimonopoly Service has finalized the bill on punishing retailers for unjustified price increases, RBC has reviewed the document. FAS sent it to the government in December, then it was proposed that an increase in the cost of goods by a third within 60 days would be considered a violation. The new version refers to an increase in inflation of 5% during the same two months, which cannot be explained by economic factors.
