According to Miller, “Gazprom» is actively expanding the gas supply and gasification program by signing agreements with the regions, expanding its geography and including additional facilities in the program. He also noted that regasification is proceeding at an “accelerating pace” and in August the company completed 65% more work than in July. According to Miller, all the tasks set for the periods up to 2025 and 2030 will be achieved.

“Our consumers, the Russians, will have access to a cheap, reliable energy resource. It is especially important to note that consumers in the domestic market have excellent opportunities to be optimistic about the country’s gas future. Why? Because you and I are provided with reserves for 100 years ahead. And we know that some of our fields under development projects will work and provide gas to the country in 2120,” Miller emphasized.

The head of Gazprom noted that this is possible due to the development of a new gas production center in Yamal, where the company is now preparing to launch the Kharasaveyskoye field and is starting to develop deep deposits of the Bovanenkovskoye field.

Shpurov explained that according to the results of the inventory of oil reserves, only 65% ​​were recognized as profitable for production – they can be put into operation fairly quickly. For the extraction of the rest, according to Shpurov, “new technologies, special tax regimes, preliminary development of deposits, etc.” are needed.
