AvtoVAZ, which has become the new owner of the former Nissan production site in St. Petersburg, will restart the plant in 2023. Now the company is negotiating the supply of vehicle kits, AvtoVAZ President Maxim Sokolov said on the air of the Rossiya 24 TV channel today, December 19.
“We plan to do this in the second half of next year. It is probably still a little early to present specific models, since the negotiation process is in full swing, we plan to complete it in January-February,” said Mr. Sokolov (quoted from “RIA News”).
