Structures of Rostec signed contracts for the supply of a total of 149 aircraft and helicopters to state leasing companies in the amount of 219 billion rubles. On Thursday, February 16, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin should announce the conclusion of contracts at a government meeting, three sources familiar with the passports of investment projects for this technique told Vedomosti.

On February 15, 2023, the deadline for the execution of the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, who harshly demanded from the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, to ensure the conclusion of contracts for the supply of aircraft in 2023, expired.
