The Russian government today approved a bill simplifying the procedure for obtaining copies of constituent documents of legal entities from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRLE), informed Ministry of Finance, which prepared this document.

“We propose to provide the opportunity to receive such copies in electronic form free of charge. This will reduce paperwork and reduce the costs of recipients of documents,” Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said at a cabinet meeting.

Such innovations are in demand by the business community, the minister stressed. Amendments will be made to Art. 7 of the Federal Law “On State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs”.
