The Russian government has published resolutionaccording to which residents will be able to sell to Russian banks the currency received from non-residents under foreign trade agreements, not at the rate of the Central Bank.
In addition, residents are entitled to receive cash foreign and Russian currency from non-residents in the amount due for the transfer of goods, the performance of goods or the provision of services in accordance with foreign trade agreements.
In 2022, Russian companies and individual entrepreneurs will be able to pay for foreign trade transactions in cash and rubles. At the same time, an authorized bank was allowed to sell foreign currency only at the exchange rate of the Central Bank (on the day of sale) with subsequent crediting to its account.
