The general director and ex-owner of 10% of Rosvodokanal Management Company LLC Anton Mikhalkov could not challenge his bringing to subsidiary liability in the bankruptcy case of one of the Russian Railways contractors. We are talking about Inzhputstroy, which owes 1.34 billion rubles to creditors. From the ruling of the Supreme Court (SC), which Vedomosti has read, it follows, in particular, that the court did not find grounds that could prevent the bringing of Mikhalkov and other persons controlling Inzhputstroy to subsidiary liability.
The transfer of the complaint of the general director of Rosvodokanal to the higher judicial board for economic disputes was denied.
