The founder of the PIK group Pisarev sold part of the Russian assets

The founder and former shareholder of the PIK group, Kirill Pisarev, continued to reduce his business interests in Russia. It is specified that 70-80% of its assets for 2021 were outside the countries. In particular, he sold the Russian division of the development company Wainbridge, which is engaged in projects in Europe and the United States, about this informed RBC.
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, until June, the beneficiaries of Wainbridge’s parent company in Russia, Wainbridge Development LLC, were Pisarev himself (he owned 65%), Wainbrige president Michael Belton (25%) and the former co-owner of Absolut Bank Mikhail Serdtsev (10%). Later, the financial director of Wainbridge Andrey Bezverkhy and two more top managers of the company, Alexander Lemyagov and Alexander Lukashina, became co-owners of the company.
Wainbridge confirmed that the company’s Russian business has been handed over to local management. According to the head of the company’s marketing department, Elena Mikhailikova, “at present, Mr. Pisarev is not involved in the implementation of development projects in Russia.” On the site, Pisarev is still listed among the top managers of both the global company and its former Russian division.
In Russia, Wainbridge, as an investor and developer, is building the Aquatoria residential complex in Moscow. The company also announced its participation in the project for the construction of a residential complex in Vladivostok and planned to launch a new project at Ostozhenka in Moscow. Outside of Russia, Wainbridge’s projects include projects in the USA, France and Saint Barthélemy, which is administratively part of France.
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Pisarev also left the owners of the oil and gas company RNGK Saratov, in mid-August, Alexei Shurygin became the new owner of 100% of the company – 1% belongs to him directly, the rest through Makrol LLC. In addition, Pisarev, along with his partner in the PIK group, Yuri Zhukov, also co-owned the Housing Finance Bank, but it is now unknown if he remained in this business.
