Deputy Head of the Russian Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services Nikita Stasishin said that the final decision on extending the preferential mortgage program will be made by President Vladimir Putin. According to him, there are no serious disagreements in the government on this topic, but different departments have different proposals.

“We have proposals, but there are no disagreements in the government. Our further work will be aimed at maintaining the opportunity to buy an apartment when children are born, an apartment with a larger area, paying a lower interest rate for it. No one will tell you how it will be, except the president of our country.
