Exchange prices for fuel are falling amid reports of measures planned by the state to stabilize the situation on the fuel market. In particular, according to Kommersant, the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Finance proposed introducing a protective duty on the export of all types of petroleum products in the amount of $250 per ton. According to the ministries, it should only work against unscrupulous exporters. However, market participants are not confident that the mechanism will provide the required effect.
