In 2022, the businessman sold a controlling stake in Sollers to top managers of the company, and Sollers Group was renamed Serenity Invest, which until the end of the first half of 2023 was a co-owner of the car sharing service.
The Green Crab park features exclusively electric cars – JAC IEV7s, Evolute I-Joy and Evolute I-Pro.
Representative “RusHydro”confirmed to Vedomosti that the company structure became the sole owner of the car sharing service. He added that the company will continue to implement the project after the partner withdraws from it.
