The euro exchange rate at auction on the Moscow Exchange exceeded 105 rubles. for the first time since March 25, 2022. By 16:16 Moscow time, the euro grew by 1.73%, to 105.02 rubles.
By 16:19 Moscow time, growth accelerated to 1.85%, the euro was trading at 105.14 rubles. The dollar rose by 0.43% to 95.4%. The yuan rose to 13.26 rubles, by 1.07%.
According to the Central Bank, the ruble is declining under the influence of changes in the trade balance, including due to a decrease in exports. The ruble ended the auction with a weakening of its positions for several weeks in a row.
