The euro exchange rate on the Moscow Exchange at the opening of trading exceeded 104 rubles/€ for the first time since September 14. As of 7:13, the euro is growing by 0.46%, to 103.8 rubles/€.
The dollar exchange rate increased by 0.38%, to 98.3 rubles/$. The yuan grows by 0.05%, to 13.5 rubles.

Ministry of Finance predicted strengthening of the ruble to 94.3 per dollar by the end of the year. Head of the Ministry of Economy Maxim Reshetnikov also calculatesthat the dollar will cost 94 rubles by the end of the year.
