The euro exchange rate on the Moscow Exchange dropped below 104 rubles/€ for the first time since September 1.
As of 9:55, the euro fell by 0.95%, to 103.7 rubles/€. The dollar exchange rate falls by 1.08%, to 96.7 rubles/$. The yuan decreases by 0.29% to 13.2 rubles.

Over the past two months, the rather rapid weakening of the ruble has changed the forecasts of independent experts about macroeconomic indicators until 2026. The weakening of the ruble, according to the Central Bank, is quite accidental; in analysts’ calculations, it was accompanied by an improvement in short-term expectations for GDP in 2023, the level of real wages and unemployment.
