The estate of Oleg Tinkov in the Astrakhan region is put up for sale

The estate complex “Volga Dacha” with an area of ​​1.7 thousand square meters in the Limansky district of the Astrakhan region is put up for sale. They want to get 850-900 million rubles for it. The newspaper reported Vedomosti with reference to Andrey Solovyov, a representative of the NF Group, which became a sales consultant. Previously, the estate belonged to businessman Oleg Tinkov.

According to Vedomosti, citing two consultants, now Volga Dacha is owned by structures associated with the Interros group of Vladimir Potanin, which last year bought out 35% in TCS Group, whose main asset is Tinkoff Bank.

According to SPARK-Interfax, since April 2023, the main owner of La Dacha Astrakhan LLC, on whose balance sheet the estate is located, is Digitdrive Limited. The beneficiary of the company is Techsolutions Сonsulting FZ, which until 2023 belonged to Sergey Batekhin. According to Vedomosti, his namesake is on the board of directors of Norilsk Nickel, 37% of which is owned by Interros.

An Interros representative told the newspaper that the company had never owned Volga Dacha. “In the course of the transaction with the Tinkoff group, this object was not acquired by the company, it was taken out of the transaction perimeter for sale on the market,” he said.

In 2016, Oleg Tinkov said that he was launching a tourism project – private villas La datcha in Val Thorens, Courchevel, Forte dei Marmi and Astrakhan, which he would rent to wealthy clients. In 2022 Oleg Tinkov informed, which sold the assets of La datcha in Russia at the market price. Their new owners were not disclosed. The estate itself, several guest houses, a gazebo and a sports ground are located in Volga Dacha. The businessman himself does not live in Russia, criticized the special operation and announced about the intention to renounce Russian citizenship.
