According to the FAN publication, the litigation over the performances of director Mark Zakharov was decided not in favor of his daughter, actress Alexander Zakharova.
The artist sued her native Lenkom because of her father’s performances: Jester Balakirev, Royal Games, The Marriage of Figaro and Memorial Prayer.
Alexandra Markovna considered herself the copyright holder and indicated that the theater administration uses the results of someone else’s intellectual work.
The actress demanded through the court to provide her with all the rights to the intellectual property of Mark Zakharov, as well as performance reports.
The theater did not give her such reports.
