November 20, Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal stopped proceedings on the claim of Rosneft, which challenged the court decision. A petition “to abandon the claim in whole or in part” was filed by a representative of Rosneft. According to Interfax, he explained the company’s position by “the need to secure information that could cause damage to the Russian Federation.”
