The Moscow Arbitration Court denied Promsvyazbank a lawsuit against ex-beneficiaries Alexei and Dmitry Ananiev. The bank demanded to recover about 88.3 billion rubles from them and other former controlling persons of the PSB. losses caused by the reorganization of the bank in 2017-2019.
PSB claim for more than 243 billion rubles. was presented in 2018 to 12 ex-heads of the bank and the Dutch company Promsvyaz Capital BV, through which the Ananyev brothers controlled the credit institution. Promsvyaz Capital BV owned a 50.03% stake in PSB. Losses from reorganization were an integral part of the claim. Now Promsvyazbank is 100% owned by the Federal Property Management Agency.
