The Moscow Arbitration Court declared a division of Oracle Corporation (Oracle Computer Equipment) bankrupt, opening bankruptcy proceedings on it. The claims of ten creditors of the company exceed 1.254 billion rubles, TASS reports.
The main creditors are the former official distributor of Oracle in Russia FORS-Distribution (its claims amount to 440 million rubles) and Marvel Distribution (425.2 million rubles). FORS-Development Center requires 160.5 million rubles.
Also among the creditors are Sberbank (77.2 million rubles) and Alfa-Bank (99.4 million rubles), Newtek.TV (8 million rubles), Jet Infosystems (20 million rubles), a group Borlas (11 million rubles), Nek Neva Communication Systems (12.8 million rubles).
In February, in relation to the Russian legal entity Oracle introduced the initial bankruptcy procedure – supervision. The bankruptcy case was initiated by the Russian IT company Krok, which filed a claim for 49.7 million rubles in June 2022. The American company Oracle suspended all operations in the Russian Federation at the beginning of March, 2022.
