The Kaliningrad Regional Arbitration Court, at the suit of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, seized 46.5% of the shares of the Kaliningrad Commercial Sea Port (KMTP, a universal terminal in the port of Kaliningrad), owned by the Scottish company Orneto Partners LP and Dmitry Purim. This follows from the ruling of the court, which Vedomosti got acquainted with.
As part of interim measures, the court prohibited the company’s management bodies from paying remuneration to members of the board of directors, dividends, and distributing profits and losses of KMTP.
