After considering the statement of claim, the Perovsky Court transferred the case to the Moscow Arbitration Court.
Earlier, the Moscow Arbitration Court had already considered a similar claim by Kirill Malofeev. Then the streamer demanded to restore the functionality of his account. But the judge rejected the claim, since the case does not fall within the competence of the arbitration court, because Mr. Malofeev did not have the status of an individual entrepreneur.
In April, Twitch blocked the account of Kirill Malofeev, registered under the pseudonym Likkrit. From service data TwitchTracker it follows that at the time of blocking, Likkrit had 28,012 subscribers.
