LLC SZ Vectorcity, which is part of the PIK Group, won the auction for the sale of part of the assets of the Gema-invest company. According to the Unified Federal Register of Information on Bankruptcy, we are talking about the Kasatkina business center (28,400 sq. M) and three land plots of 3.3 hectares on the street of the same name in the north-east of Moscow. The trading protocol says that the PIK structure has become the only contender for this asset. The representative of the developer confirmed the information about the acquisition of the site, but did not disclose other details.
In August 2019, the Town Planning and Land Commission (GZK) approved the construction of a complex with a total area of 100,200 square meters on the site under the Kasatkina business center. m, of which 92,500 sq. m – housing, a representative of Moskomstroyinvest told Vedomosti. Since then, the building parameters have not changed. He added that in addition to Gema-invest, the owners of the plots at this address are also the Special Design and Technology Bureau of Tower Crane Building and the Strategy company. It is likely that PIK will also have to negotiate with them about purchasing sites from them, two consultants say.
