The Central Bank revoked the banking licenses of Strela Bank. The credit organization occupied 321st place in the banking system.
“The credit organization Bank Strela JSC specialized in providing services for the transfer of funds between QIWI Bank (JSC) and other participants in the banking services market,” says the message regulator
According to the regulator, the bank provided settlements between individuals and shadow businesses (crypto exchangers, illegal online casinos, bookmakers). Information about operations that have signs of criminal offenses is sent to law enforcement agencies.
Until April 2023, Strela was called Sevzapinvestprombank.
