Credit holidays will also be provided to close relatives of borrowers who are under partial mobilization, if they are dependent on them.

Anatoly Aksakov, head of the State Duma committee on the financial market, said that the Duma would prepare a bill that would take into account the holding of a special military operation in providing mortgage holidays. Now citizens who find themselves in a difficult life situation (a drop in income by more than 30%) can apply for mortgage holidays for a period of six months.
