The Central Bank (CB) on the site put the first rate of the Chinese yuan instead of the dollar. According to Frank Media, the regulator changed the order of currencies yesterday, August 28. What this is connected with is unknown. The Central Bank has not yet commented on the changes.
Aide to the President of the Russian Federation Maxim Oreshkin called China is a key Russian partner, which bypassed the European Union in terms of trade with Russia. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin saidthat 70% of cross-border payments between the two countries are carried out in rubles and yuan. Now the Chinese currency on the Moscow Exchange is trading at the level of 13 rubles.
