In accordance with documentthe marginal price for natural gas produced in the areas of the Achimov deposits of the Urengoy oil and gas condensate field, whichGazprom» is developing through a joint venture (JV) together with the German Wintershall Dea, will amount to 2550 rubles. per 1000 cu. m. The maximum price for gas condensate will be 16,370 rubles. per ton.
The maximum price for gas supplies from the sites of the Yuzhno-Russkoye field, developed by the Severneftegazprom joint venture, controlled by Gazprom, Wintershall Dea and the Austrian OMV, will be 2390 rubles. per 1000 cu. m before entering the system of main gas pipeline transport and 5464 rubles. – after.
The maximum amount of payment for gas production services at the sites of the Urengoy oil and gas condensate field will be 800-1600 rubles. per 1000 cu. m, condensate – 1300-5070 rubles. per ton.
These prices apply to obligations that are due after March 1, 2022, and apply until October 1, 2023.
The share of Wintershall Dea in Achimgaz is 50%, Achim Development is 25.01%. The share of Wintershall Dea in Severneftegazprom is 34.9%, while OMV owns 24.99%, the rest belongs to Gazprom. In March, OMV announced plans to renegotiate its stake in the Yuzhno-Russkoye field.
