The Board of Directors of PJSC Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port (NCSP) recommended that shareholders pay dividends for 2022 in the amount of 0.798 rubles per share. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the company’s materials for the annual meeting of shareholders.
The closing date of the register for receiving dividends is July 12. Net profit of NCSP in 2022 amounted to 27.168 billion rubles. If shareholders approve dividends, their amount will be 15.369 billion rubles. The annual meeting of shareholders will be held on June 30 in absentia.
In May, NCSP issued 12 million bonds worth 1,000 rubles each. The maximum nominal value of all NCSP bond issues is RUB 40 billion.
