The Board of Directors of Aeroflot has not recommended the payment of dividends for 2022. The company explained this decision by the priority of “maintaining a sufficient supply of liquidity and cash in the company’s accounts.” Aeroflot did not pay dividends for 2021 either.

“Taking this into account, the Board of Directors has developed an approach to the distribution of the financial result, according to which it is not expected to pay dividends based on the results of 2022,” the statement says. press services Aeroflot. “At the same time, the company remains committed to its dividend policy, aims to pay dividends and plans to consider this issue in the future, taking into account the interests of the company and its shareholders,” the company notes.

On March 24, Aeroflot returned to the disclosure of operating statements. It follows from it that in February passenger traffic increased by 18.4%, the volume of domestic traffic – by 12.1%, while the volume of international traffic, on the contrary, fell by 10.9%. The company has not disclosed financial statements for IFRS since the first quarter of 2022.
