Hungarian composer and conductor Tamás Deák, who wrote the composition for the theme song for the animated series “Well, Just Wait!”, died on February 12 at the age of 95. This was reported by a Hungarian newspaper HVG with reference to the composer’s family.

Tamás Deák was born in 1928. From 1959 to 1964 he worked at Hungarian Radio. He is the author of music for more than 120 cartoons and television programs. Mr. Deak was also the author of jazz and symphonic compositions, many of which he recorded with his musical group. He is known in Russia and the CIS countries for the composition “Water Skiing,” written by him in 1968, which was used in the opening credits of the animated series “Well, Just Wait!”
