The materials of the claim indicate that the applicant substantiated his claim by saying that this amount is equivalent to less than 6 months of accrual of a court penalty, the claim for which was claimed by Kirill Malofeev.
In the lawsuit, Malofeev Jr. asks to invalidate the unilateral refusal of Twitch Interactive Inc. from the agreement to open a likkrit account by him, concluded by joining the terms of use of Twitch, the obligation of Twitch Interactive Inc. and Amazon.com Inc. jointly and severally restore in favor of K.K. Malofeev account functionality likkrit. In addition, the plaintiff asks the court to invalidate the unilateral refusal of Twitch Interactive Inc. from the partnership agreement to Malofeev’s likkrit account, concluded by joining the content license agreement, the obligation of Twitch Interactive Inc. and Amazon.com Inc., jointly and severally restore in his favor the functionality of the software that allows you to monetize content in Malofeev’s account – likkrit.
“In case of non-execution of the court decision, the applicant asks to recover jointly with Twitch Interactive Inc. and Amazon.com Inc. in favor of K.K. Malofeeva a court penalty in the amount of 100,000 rubles. for each day of non-execution of the judicial act, starting from the third day from the date of the decision, and until its actual execution, with the condition of a weekly increase in the amount of the daily accrued judicial penalty twice for the second and subsequent weeks of non-execution of the judicial act, ”the materials specify.
