According to the detector brand analytics at 20:10 (Moscow time), 39% of Telegram users in Russia do not have a messenger. Failures go from 19:45 (Moscow time).
42% of users do not receive messages, 14% cannot send them. Also, people report that media files are not loading.
Most messages about Telegram problems are in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Vladivostok, Ryazan, Kolomna and Anapa.
Earlier messenger crashes were 10 October. Telegram did not work for 65% of users.
