State Duma deputy, founder of the Rota group of companies, Dmitry Sablin, together with his wife and head of the board of directors of the group, Alla Nalcha, received 20% in the Vina Arapchina winery. About it informed “Kommersant” with reference to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

They received 20% in the wine producer Zena LLC and Training Center LLC, which operates the winery’s shop. This share is held in trust by LLC Rota-Development.

The main owner of Vin Arapchina is Yuri Malik, a businessman from Rostov-on-Don. The farm is located on the left bank of the Don, it has 30 hectares of fruitful vineyards. Malik confirmed the fact of the deal, noting that Vin Arapchina products have been supplied to Rota restaurants and hotels for a long time. He did not specify the value of the deal.

The group of companies is engaged in agriculture, property management and hospitality. Last year, Rota became a co-owner of the Globus Gourmet hypermarket chain. According to Leonid Popovich, President of the Union of Winegrowers and Winemakers of Russia, this deal will provide Arpachin Wines with a good sales channel corresponding to the level of wines of the estate.
