The leader of the St. Petersburg group “Splin” Alexander Vasiliev said that the group’s performance in Moscow, which was planned for the end of August, most likely will not take place. In an interview with Kommersant, he explainedthat the reason was the previous concert – in Voronezh, where the musicians announced that they were dedicating the performance of their song “No Exit” to the artists who left Russia.

“We hope that a bright day will come when everyone will return,” Vasiliev said then.

Informing about the cancellation of the Moscow performance, the musician refused to give details and answered only: “And so everything is clear.”

“Kommersant” notes that “Spleen” was not the only group that was “crossed out” from the list of participants in the upcoming event in the capital: for example, the announcement with the performance of “Mumiy Troll” disappeared. At the same time, it was not officially reported about the ban on the performance of this team, as well as the St. Petersburg team.
