SPB exchange plans to resume trading in securities of Yandex, Cyan, HeadHunter, Ozon and X5 Retail Group

The St. Petersburg Exchange plans to resume trading in class A ordinary shares of Yandex NV, as well as depositary receipts for ordinary shares of Tsian, HeadHunter Group, Ozon Holdings and X5 Retail Group NV. Trading is expected to begin on January 9, 2023.
All listed securities are included in the “foreign securities” group of instruments. They will be available for transactions in the main trading mode from 10:00 Moscow time to 18:40 Moscow time. “Trades and settlements on transactions with the indicated securities will be carried out in US dollars”,— informs exchange.
The St. Petersburg Exchange (until July 2, 2021 – the St. Petersburg Exchange) was founded in 1997. The SPB Exchange Group includes subsidiaries: NCO-CC SPB Clearing, which provides clearing services, and PJSC SPB-Bank, which acts as a settlement depository.
February 24 St. Petersburg stock exchange informed on the prohibition of filing orders and concluding agreements in all trading modes for all types of securities. At the same time stated on the suspension of trading on all markets of the Moscow Exchange.
At the end of May, the St. Petersburg Exchange suspended trading in 990 shares of foreign companies after the decision of the Bank of Russia to restrict exchange trading in foreign securities, which blocked international settlement and clearing organizations. Part of the papers was unlocked on November 7th.
