Soviet and Uzbek actor Abror Tursunov died after a long illness. This was reported by the Ministry of Culture of Uzbekistan.
“The Ministry of Culture expresses deep condolences to the family and friends of actor Abror Tursunov. His bright memory will remain forever in the hearts of his fans and viewers,” the obituary says.
Tursunov told the media in 2019 that he had neck surgery and a stroke. According to him, he got sick due to stress and poor nutrition.
Tursunov starred in the films “Duel under the plane tree”, “Grandmother General”, “Last Inspection”, “What are our years!”, “The Secret Journey of the Emir”, “Farewell, Green Summer”, “Abdullajan, or Dedicated to Steven Spielberg” and many others.
