Sovcombank raised the down payment amount for all programs for issuing preferential mortgages from 30% to 50%. This follows from the information on website jar.
The preferential programs include: “Far Eastern Mortgage”, “Mortgage for IT Specialists”, “Mortgage with State Support for Families with Children” and “New Building with State Support 2020”. The minimum down payment for a mortgage in other programs ranges from 15% to 40%.
On December 5 it became known that the Ministry of Finance contributed to the government a draft resolution to increase the minimum contribution on preferential mortgages from 20% to 30%. The ministry also proposed reducing the maximum size of loans with state support for Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region from 12 million to 6 million rubles.
