Skillbox took control of the Kespa online English school Media

The Skillbox edtech company (Skillbox LLC, part of Skillbox Holding Limited, controlled by VK) became the owner of 51% of the Kespa online English school, according to the SPARK-Interfax database. Skillbox became a minority shareholder of Kesp in August 2021, having bought 30% of the school.
The remaining shares in Sistema Kespa LLC (the legal entity of the school), as indicated in SPARK-Interfax, were retained by the founders of this educational service – Andrey Vinograd (10.69%), Inna Givental (10.34%), Pavel Remizov (10.34%), Vladilen Sitnikov (7.72%), Vladimir Garev (5.35%), Alexei Strakhov (3.09%) and Sergey Neishtadt (1.47%).
