The coal company did not pay dividends for 2021 either – then for such a decision voted about 99.9% of the shareholders.
Raspadskaya is one of the largest producers of coking coal in Russia and is part of the Raspadskaya Coal Company of the Group Evraz. The company’s EBITDA for 2022 decreased to $1.295 billion (by 3%).
Revenue under international financial reporting standards (IFRS) increased by 35% (to $2.842 billion), due to changes in delivery terms and higher prices for coal products.
