The Dissernet network community claims that the singer Shaman (Yaroslav Dronov) made borrowings from the Internet on 20 pages of his 35-page thesis at the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music. According to the results of the examination published on website “Dissernet”, 12 pages of thesis abstract “Some features of successful advertising of a musical work and its influence on the performance process of a pop-jazz singer” are completely borrowed from the Internet.

“Dissernet” claims that Mr. Dronov made the most borrowings in his work from Gdalia Garmiza’s article “On the issue of the formation of sound production.” In addition, among the sources of borrowings, Tatyana Suminova’s article “Producer: the essence and specificity of a sociocultural phenomenon” is indicated, as well as articles on Wikipedia “Popular Music”, “Pop Music” and “Sound Engineer”, follows from the Dissernet examination.

Dissernet indicated Larisa Zorilova, who is the head of the department of social and humanitarian disciplines at the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music, as Mr. Dronov’s scientific supervisor.
