Specialists of the Avito Real Estate service analyzed the cost per square meter in the secondary real estate market in Moscow. According to the service, the most accessible district of the capital is Northern (119,515 rubles per 1 sq. m). The cheapest area is Northern Medvedkovo (31,973 rubles per 1 sq. m).
On average, in January-March 2023, a square meter of secondary real estate in Moscow cost 196,811 rubles. In the first quarter, a price decrease of 1.6% was recorded, according to a press release on the results of the study (Kommersant has it).
“The fact is that during this period the volume of supply in the capital increased by 21.4%. Buyers have plenty to choose from, prices are frozen,” explained Sergey Khakhulin, head of secondary and suburban real estate at Avito Nedvizhimost.
According to the service:
- in the Eastern Administrative District, the average cost per square meter in the first quarter of 2023 averaged 145,902 rubles,
- in the Western Administrative District – 512,826 rubles,
- in the Northern Autonomous Region – 119,515 rubles,
- in the North-Eastern Autonomous Okrug – 203,773 rubles,
- in the North-Western Autonomous Okrug – 367,504 rubles,
- in the Central Autonomous Okrug – 812,030 rubles,
- in the South-Eastern Autonomous Region – 180,007 rubles,
- in the South-Western Autonomous Okrug – 279,070 rubles,
- in the Southern Autonomous Okrug – 201,887 rubles.
