The head of the committee, Anatoly Artamonov, explained to TASS that the decree also refers to blogging activities. His deputy on the committee, Andrei Epishin, added that amendments to the Tax Code may be required to create an appropriate taxation mechanism for bloggers. According to him, taxation regimes for bloggers have not yet been discussed in detail. In addition, there are no specific instructions to the Committee yet, the initiative was discussed only at the expert level.
