Seligdar’s revenue from gold sales increased by 82% – Kommersant

The revenue of the Seligdar holding from the sale of gold for the past year, 2023, amounted to 50.8 billion rubles. This is 82% more than in 2022. Its production increased by 10%, reported on the company website. Revenue growth was ensured by an increase in sales volumes and an increase in the average annual price of gold by 48%.
About 88% of the revenue came from the sale of its own gold. The volume of gold sales produced by the holding companies increased by 6% – from 7 thousand 587 kg to 8 thousand 060 kg. The company also sold 1 thousand 322 kg of gold to “third parties”. Gold sales volume amounted to 9 thousand 382 kg, or 24% more than in 2022.
Production of alloy gold increased by 10%, to 8 thousand 274 kg. Production of tin in concentrate – by 4% year-on-year, up to 3 thousand tons; tungsten – by 26%, up to 103 tons; copper – by 29%, to 1 thousand 187 tons. Revenue from the sale of tin, tungsten and copper concentrates increased by 5%, to 6.3 billion rubles. Seligdar’s total revenue from sales of gold, tin, tungsten and copper concentrates increased by 69%, to RUB 57.1 billion.
The Seligdar holding is included in the list of the ten largest gold mining companies in Russia. The holding also includes a tin cluster and other structures.
