Aeroflot expects to put into operation 339 Russian aircraft by 2030

Head of Aeroflot (MOEX: AFLT) Sergei Alexandrovsky said that by 2030 the airline plans to put into operation 339 new Russian-made aircraft, RIA Novosti reports from the Rossiya exhibition and forum.
According to Mr. Aleksandrovsky, of the 339 new domestic aircraft that Aeroflot has ordered, 89 short-haul Sukhoi Superjet aircraft, 210 MS-21 aircraft and 40 Tu-214 aircraft will be built.
January 15, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin stated, that over the next six years more than 600 “entirely domestic airliners” should be built in the Russian Federation. According to him, the basis of the fleet of Russian airlines will be Superjets and MC-21, this line will be complemented by the regional Il-114 and Tu-214 for medium-range flights, as well as wide-body aircraft such as the Il-96-300.
