Sberbank received 1.3 trillion rubles of net profit in 11 months – Kommersant

In November Sberbank (MOEX: SBER) received 115.4 billion rubles. net profit according to RAS (7.4% less October results). Over 11 months, the credit institution’s profit year-on-year increased 7.9 times and amounted to 1.3 trillion rubles, as follows from the reporting (.pdf) jar.
Sberbank’s retail loan portfolio grew by 2.5% last month, or 29% since the beginning of the year. In November, 731 billion rubles were issued to private clients. The number of retail customers amounted to 108.3 million people, adding 1.9 million since the beginning of the year.
The bank’s corporate loan portfolio amounted to RUB 23 trillion. It rose 0.7% in November, or 22.8% year to date. The number of active corporate clients reached 3.2 million companies.
Last week, the head of Sberbank German Gref statedthat 2023 will be the most successful year for the credit institution in terms of financial results, including profit. According to him, with capital adequacy above 13.3%, Sberbank plans allocate 50% of profits to dividends.
In the third quarter Sberbank earned record net profit according to IFRS of 411.4 billion rubles. For January-September, the credit institution’s net profit amounted to 1.15 trillion rubles. Dividends for 2023 are planned at the level of 750 billion rubles.
