Sber intends to bankrupt the Russian division of Dell – Kommersant

Sberbank intends to go to court in order to declare bankrupt Dell LLC, the Russian division of Dell, one of the leading manufacturers of computer equipment, indicated in a message on the website “Fedresurs”. Sber believes that Dell’s Russian subsidiary has signs of bankruptcy.
The American equipment manufacturer Dell has been represented in Russia since 2007. In 2022, the company announced the cessation of activities in Russia – the entire staff was fired, supplies were suspended. After leaving the country, the manufacturer had legal proceedings, in particular with the Russian Ministry of Transport. In May 2022, as part of interim measures in the case of unjust enrichment, the accounts of the Russian company were frozen. They contained 778 million rubles.
