Born December 1, 1978. Graduated from the Institute of Economics and Finance of the State University of Management (2001). Since 2002, he has held various positions in Russian and international companies (Ernst & Young, Basic Element, CentreInvest Capital Partners, Rusnano). In 2011-2013, he was Senior Vice President of the Russian Direct Investment Fund. Participated in the implementation of investment projects in the telecommunications and raw materials sectors and the creation of a Russian-Chinese investment fund with a capital of $2 billion. In 2013, he founded the ARMA SMC fitness club chain in Moscow. In 2018–2021, he was the CEO of the Far Eastern High Technology Fund. Since December 2021, he has been the head of the Voskhod venture fund.
