Born in 1980 in Moscow. In 2002 he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Lomonosov Moscow State University, in 2004 he received a PhD in Economics from the Institute of Market Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences. From 2002 to 2011, he held senior positions in Russian investment and industrial companies. In 2011, he began working at the United Energy Company, owned by the Moscow government, as first deputy general director, then in 2013 he headed the company. In 2014-2016 he was engaged in business, in 2016-2017 he became an independent director, a member of the board of directors of Mosenergo, owned by Gazprom. In 2018–2021, he headed Rosseti Lenenergo, from where he moved to Rosseti in January 2021, first to the position of acting head of the company, then chairman of the board of Rosseti. He was awarded the medal of the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland” II degree.
