The head of Russian Post, Mikhail Volkov, said TASSthat the company has resumed delivery of parcels by land to European countries. Russian Post from February 1 suspended for two months ground delivery to 24 European countries.
“Russian Post has resumed delivery of parcels to Europe by ground transport, while the possibility of air delivery of parcels to European countries remains available,” said Mr. Volkov.
The Russian postal operator has suspended ground delivery due to bureaucratic difficulties. The restrictions affected Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden and Estonia.
