Russian hotels with “all inclusive” will be obliged to provide unlimited domestic alcohol

Rosstandart approved the requirements for the provision of services in hotels operating on the “all inclusive” and “ultra all inclusive” systems. They will start on June 30th. According to the fixed norms, Russian all-inclusive hotels, among other things, will have to provide domestic alcohol for lunch and dinner in unlimited quantities.
“Russian-made alcoholic drinks are presented in unlimited quantities on the buffet for lunch and dinner, as well as at the point of additional food: beer – at least one type, dry / semi-sweet red / white wine – at least three types, strong alcohol – at least two species and cocktails based on it, ”says the document, which I read TASS.
According to the requirements of Rosstandart, guests of an ultra all-inclusive hotel must have access to at least five types of strong alcohol, both local and imported, and at least seven types of cocktails based on strong alcohol. In five-star ultra all-inclusive hotels, sparkling wine should be served for breakfast.
The standard also requires all-inclusive and ultra-all-inclusive hotels to provide unlimited non-alcoholic drinks, including three types of non-alcoholic cocktails, at the buffet and additional food outlets.
All-inclusive hotels in the three-star category and below must have at least two bars, four-star hotels at least three, and five-star hotels at least four. Five-star ultra all-inclusive hotels must have at least six bars. Bars in all-inclusive hotels will have to work until 1 a.m., in four- and five-star hotels with ultra all-inclusive services, at least one bar must work around the clock, the Rosstandart document says.
The range of dishes in all-inclusive hotels should not be repeated more than once a week. For breakfast in such hotels, cereals, cereals, muesli, fish and meat gastronomy, vegetables, salads and vinaigrettes, pancakes, pancakes, casseroles, cheese of various varieties, dairy products, egg dishes and pastries, for lunch and dinner, in in particular, eight to ten types of cold appetizers and four to six types of second courses. Ultra all inclusive hotels must also have vegetarian and dietary menus.
On the development of standards for all inclusive hotels in Russia reported back in March 2021. At that time, 10–15% of the hotels in the Black Sea resorts operated under the all-inclusive system in the country. Classification of hotels according to the new system planned test in 2022.
