The songs were taken from the repertoire of Muslim Magomayev

The album was called “Hear My Voice.” On it, famous artists of different generations perform 12 songs by Muslim Magomayev in memory of those killed in the terrorist attack in Krasnogorsk on March 22. The press service of VK Music, which is the organizer of the album recording, spoke about this. All proceeds from the album will go to help those affected on that tragic day.

The artists tried to carefully perform the great songs of Muslim Magomayev, preserving their melody. The album uses the entire palette of arrangements: from urban romance to symphony orchestra and modern sound. The recording was attended by: Basta, Valeria, Vanya Dmitrienko, “Lyube”, “Three Days of Rain”, Polina Gagarina, Macan, Stas Mikhailov, HammAli, Navai, Lyusya Chebotina, Vladimir Presnyakov and others. The poem in the intro is read by Fyodor Bondarchuk.

The content of the new album was not chosen by chance. The full name of the concert hall where the monstrous event took place is “Crocus City Hall named after Muslim Magomayev.” The songs of the Soviet opera singer have not left listeners indifferent for half a century. Now they will help those affected by the terrorist attack. The album was supported by all Russian music streaming services. All proceeds from streaming on platforms will be used to help the victims of the March 22 terrorist attack.

“Listening to this album, people will spend the most valuable thing – their time. Music services convert it into money and send it to the victims. This is an action of Russian performers, music services and all listeners who consider it necessary and important to join it,” the album release states.

The album can be listened to on the music services VK, Yandex, MTS and the Sound service.
